Same Error on Lotus 7.0.2

We have started receiving the same error message on system boot for release 7.0.2 Sept. 26, 2006. This was an installed package that recieved no error until recently.

I believe this is related to a Java or Microsoft update. We are running Java V1.6.0_01-b06 and have all Microsoft updates installed via the 'Auto' Option.
